How to join a class

Step 1.

You’ll need a Mindbody account to enroll. If you don’t already have one, you can get started using the online form.

Step 2.

Sign up for classes by browsing yoga, barre + fitness, and cycling sessions on our site.

-OR-

Install the Mindbody app for Apple or Android.

Step 3.

You will be prompted to purchase a drop-in or multi-class pass to pay for your attendance.

That’s it! Once you’re registered, you’ll get a confirmation email and reminders when your class time approaches.

Tips for a great workout

Stay hydrated

Be sure to bring a bottle of water for any group class or private session every time.

Dress for comfort

There is no dress code in our studio, but you will want breathable, flexible, comfortable workout clothes that make you feel good.

For yogis

Feel free to bring your own mat for class, or purchase one in our shop. We have plenty of blocks and props available for you to use.

For hot yoga, bring a towel, wear light clothing, and be prepared to sweat.

For cycling

All of our bikes have two options for clip in shoes, SPD or look Delta cleats. Feel free to bring your own or rent a pair for $5 from the front desk at check in.
