A 6 week series of classes created to help you better understand postures, alignment and how to move your body safely. This is the perfect place to start for anyone looking to begin the practice of yoga or for those looking to grow their current practice by brushing up on the basics.
Each week will highlight a different series of postures. You will learn how to use props to deepen your practice and walk away with the confidence to join any class at bent9.
